• Most of the RF measurements can be made with Keysight M9803A VNA

• M9803A operates in Direct Receiver Access (DRA) for hi power P1db and Psat tests
• ACLR and EVM tests requires VXT (signal gen and analyzer)
• PAE measurements will be made with SMU for voltage and current measurements
• External Couplers, attenuators and booster amplifiers required – in fixture
• Noise Figure test can be performed, but is typically an engineering char. Test
• We need more information on temperature, human body model and charge device model
• (not covered in this proposal)
