The “Locro Argentino”

I used to eat in many really delicious restaurants, because of the


pandemic of the covid 19 is very difficult to go out to dinner, I am not of
eating very strange things, the recipe I recommend is "Locro Argentino",
Its origin comes from the Andean region, was established in the Andean
mountain range where it was characterized by being one of the main
preparations of the region that had a great reception in the case of the
Argentine version, this preparation is very common in Neuquén. I found
the place pleasant, big, the attention was efficient, the waiter explained
us some issues of the menu and once the order was made the dishes
were taken in a short time.
I order a Locro Argentino, the dish seemed to me of very good quality, it
had a delicious taste of Creole food, it is a very colorful food, because its
ingredients are white corn, pumpkin, salted bacon, skirt, chorizo,
paprika, some amount of pepper and cumin and a little vegetable broth,
among other ingredients. The result was a stunning dish of meat and
corn, which is really delicious and I advise everyone in their homes.
