    Pangasinan State University- Alaminos City Campus for benchmarking this coming October 25,
    2019.

    In connection to this, may I request for budget amounting to P2,940.00 for the food expenses which
    will be incurred.

    Breakdown of expenses are as follows :

    AM Snack 21 pax * 30 = P630.00


    Lunch 21 pax * 80 = P1,680.00
    PM Snack 21 pax * 30 = P630.00
    Total = P 2,940.00
