Notes Regarding Car Purchase

As per Board decision we have taken initiative to purchase a new office car TOYOTA PREMIO-
2014 from HNS Automobiles . In this regard we have surveyed a few renowned & reliable
dealers like Haq’s Bay Automobiles, HNS Automobiles & Wali Car Palace etc. Finally our COO
& CRO after visiting HNS Automobiles, have decided to buy the vehicle as mentioned above
from HNS. In this regard please refer to an email from CRO as attached with this note for detail
information.
Cost of the car: BDT 28,75,000/-
Registration cost: BDT 1,10,000/-
Total: BDT 29,85,000/-
As per CRO & COO recommendation we need to pay a token money of BDT 2 lac (Tow Lac
Only) for booking this car. After providing the deposit slip of the booking money to HNS
Automobiles, they will start the further processing of handovering the car to us.
Mention here that, a representative of Brac Bank Ltd. has contacted us today, who will process
all formalities regarding bank loan from Brac Bank to purchase this car @ 11% rate of interest
(Approx.)

Subject: Cheque for Security Deposit & Alpha Rating’s contribution for new Car purchase from
HNS Automobiles

Dear Sir,

We, Alpha Credit Rating Ltd. Have issued a security cheque of BDT 18,75,000/- (Taka eighteen
lac seventy five thousand only) Chq. No: CCH 0270013 dated: 07.03.19 from Brac Bank Ltd. in
favor of HNS Automobiles to hand-over the car (Toyota Premio Black 2014 edition) to us
immediately. As per our verbal confirmation you will return the cheque receiving the purchase
order of the car.

We have also issued another cheque amounting BDT 8,00,000/- (Taka eight lac only) Chq. No:
CCH 0270012 dated: 07.03.19 from Brac Bank Ltd. in favor of HNS Automobiles as Alpha
Rating’s final contribution out BDT 10,00,000/- (Ten Lac only).

We have already paid BDT 2,00,000/- (Taka two lac only) as booking money on 03.03.19
through Chq. No: CCH 0270010 dated: 03.03.19 from Brac Bank Ltd in your favor.

 Notes Regarding Car Purchase

As you know we have already paid BDT 10,00,000/- to HNS Automobiles for our new office car
TOYOTA PREMIO-2014. Now we have received purchase order from Brac Bank of BDT 18
lac (Taka eighteen lac only) as car loan. As the price of the car is BDT 28,75,000/-, we have to
pay rest of the money i.e. BDT 75,000/- (Taka seventy five thousand only) to HNS
Automobiles.

three lac eighty eight thousand seven hundred & eighty only) Chq. No: CCH 0270028 from Brac
Bank Ltd. in favor of Brac Bank Ltd against the car loan (Toyota Premio Black 2014 edition).
Brac Bank Ltd. will void the cheque when the repayment of loan will complete.

Notes Regarding Car Purchase

Dear Sir,

For our car loan (Toyota Premio Black 2014 edition) we have to issue security cheque of BDT
23,88,780/- (Taka twenty three lac eighty eight thousand seven hundred & eighty only) Chq. No:
CCH 0270026 from our Brac Bank account in favor of Brac Bank Ltd. As it is a security cheque,
we have to keep the date portion blank. However Brac Bank Ltd. will return the cheque when the
repayment of loan will complete i.e after 5 years if no early settlement is done.
