STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT

This is your annual statement of account which we are sending to you as required
by the Consumer Credit Act. It is for your information only and no action is
required on your part.

Interest rate applicable: 0.00 % per annum
Duration of the agreement: 36 months

Interest charges are calculated at the outset of the agreement on the amount of
credit using the interest rate for the duration of the agreement. The payment of
the credit and interest is deferred because the credit facility fee is paid out
of the monthly payments before any credit or interest is repaid. To take account
of this deferment we initially use the interest rate to calculate a monthly
interest yield percentage that would have ensured that the credit and interest
was paid off over the duration of this agreement when applied to the amount of
credit in a fee free payment profile. We then apply that interest yield
percentage to the amount of credit outstanding each month as it will be
throughout the duration of the agreement (we assume you make your monthly
payments on time) to calculate the interest charges on the basis of a payment
profile incorporating the payment of the credit facility fee and equal payments
for the duration of the agreement (except for the final payment which will be
higher if it includes the completion fee and may include a balloon element). The
credit facility fee and the completion fee do not attract interest.

Please note that it is assumed that any direct debit or standing order payments
will not be subject to recall and that any cheques already received by us will
be honoured.

This statement of account applies only to the finance agreement described above.
Any premium payments you make in relation to insurance or other ancillary
products that you may have taken out which are associated with the finance
agreement are not shown in this statement of account.

Termination; Your rights
You also have the right to end this agreement early in accordance with section
99 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. You will not have to pay all the sums due
under the agreement but you will not be entitled to retain the goods if you do
this. Details were set out in your credit agreement. If you wish to terminate
the agreement you should contact us for further information including any amount
payable on termination.

Settling your credit agreement early


You can settle this agreement in full at any time by giving us notice and paying
off the amount you owe. If you wish to settle early you should contact us for a
final settlement figure.

You can also settle this agreement in part at any time by giving notice and
paying off some of the amount you owe.

Dispute resolution
If you have a problem with your agreement, please try to resolve it with us in
the first instance. If you are not happy with the way in which we handled your
complaint or the result, you may be able to complain to the Financial Ombudsman
Service. If you do not take up your problem with us first you will not be
entitled to complain to the Ombudsman. We can provide details of how to contact
the Ombudsman.

Paving less than the agreed sum:


If you pay less than your agreed payment in most cases it is likely to take you
longer and may cost you more to pay off the debt under the agreement.

If you have difficulties making payments under your credit agreement please
contact us if you have not already done so to discuss terras for the rest of the
agreement. You may also want to seek advice on what to do from an independent
free advice agency such as the Citizens' Advice Bureau.

Marketing - your rights. In entering into a finance agreement with us you gave
us your consent to share your details with other parties for marketing purposes.
You may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us at our Customer
Services Department.

Dear MR HARDEMAN,

We are writing to inform you of some changes that we will be making to the fees and charges
that are described in our terms and conditions shown on your agreement.

With effect from 13/08/2014 the following fees will no longer be charged;

£25.00 late payment fee^


• £25.00 default notice fee
• £30.00 bounced cheque fee
• £12.00 credit and debit card payment fee
• £17.50 standing order arrangement fee
• £40.00 for our internal agent to visit you
• £250.00 constituting reimbursement of any external collection agent fee paid

With effect from 13/08/2014 the following fees may become payable for customers who do not
pay on time;

• £35.00 if a payment is not received on time, and the same fee each subsequent month
that a payment remains overdue (This will be limited to three in any single default period)
• £50.00 when we pass your case to one of our Recovery Managers
• £250.00 when we pass your case to an external agency

We hope that you agree that these changes are an improvement to our existing fee structure as
the number of applicable fees has reduced. In fact the majority of our customers pay on time
every month and so these fees may never be charged.

There is no need for you to take any specific action.
