DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made and entered into by and between:

PAUL ANDREW D. ROSALAES, of legal age, Filipino, single with residential address
at B17 L23 Berkeley Heights subdivision, Pulong sta Cruz, Sta Rosa Laguna ,
herein referred to as the “BUYER;”
---and---

JOHN DAVE D. ROSALES, of legal age, Filipino, married to Maria Quennie D.

Rosales with residential address at 20 Vergara St., Jestra Villas, Valley 5, San
Antonio, Paranaque City, hereinafter referred to as the "SELLER;”
Collectively referred to as the “PARTIES.”

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the SELLER offer to sell a motor vehicle with the following details:

Make: Toyota
Model: Corolla Altis
Certificate of Registration No.: 253622740
Body Type: Sedan
Plate Number: NDB 3473

WHEREAS, the BUYER offered to pay FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS
(P430,000.00) for the above described vehicle;

WHEREAS, the BUYER deposited the aforementioned amount to the SELLER’s bank account
last _________;

WHEREAS, the SELLER agrees to provide within reasonable time the documents needed by the
BUYER to update the subject motor vehicle’s registration in the Land Transportation Office (LTO);

NOW THEREFORE, considering the foregoing premises, the SELLER hereby warrants,
transfers, and conveys to the BUYER the ownership, title, and possession of the abovementioned motor
vehicle for the amount FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (P430,000.00) which the
BUYER has paid the SELLER through bank deposit. Further, the SELLER shall oblige himself to
provide to the BUYER the documents needed to update the motor vehicle’s registration in the LTO. The
list of documents to be provided by the SELLER is attached herein as Annex “A.” Copies of the motor
vehicle’s Certificate of Registration and Official Receipt of updated registration are attached herein as
Annex “B” and “B-1.”
