That upon signing of this document, the vendee hereby declares that the
vendors are free from any liability whatsoever against hidden faults, and /or
inconsistencies in the description and documentation of the aforesaid motor
vehicle being sold on an “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS.”

That the possession of the above-stated motor vehicle will be surrendered

to the vendee, including the pertinent OR and CR and ABSOLUTE OWNERSHIP
shall be recognized in favor of the VENDEE upon execution hereof.
