    Step 1: Download ‘HRMS Employee Mobile App for Indian Railways’.

    Step 2: Click Register now:


    Step 3: Enter your complete PF number in IPAS ID:
    Step 4: The following screen will open and you will receive an OTP. Enter OTP at the bottom of the
    page:
    Step 5: After entering the OTP you will receive your login id and password. Note them down:
    Step 6: Now enter your login id and password:
    Step 7: You will receive an OTP for login. Enter that into the following screen:

    Step 8: Now you will have to create a four digit pin for your mobile only. Remember the pin:
    Step 9: Now enter your pin to see your HRMS profile:
    Step 10: Now you can see your profile, scanned HR and electronic HR
