NPS – Registration through

Axis Bank web portal

 Pre-requisite

1.Use Google chrome which is more compatible for registration.

2.Applicant Signature Scan Copy - Do the signature in plain paper take

picture of it and save it in JPG format. File size should be within 2 MB and
file name should be in single word viz sign or signature.

3.Bank Proof Scan Copy (Any bank)

 Cancelled Name Printed Cheque Leaf or
 Bank passbook copy along with IFSC and MICR number or
 Current month detailed Bank Statement with banker logo (IFSC & MICR
is mandatory in statement)
Step 1- Applicant need to visit Axis Bank web site and click on the “Join NPS” to
open a new NPS Account.

Applicant can directly create corporate account through the below Axis Bank link

Click on “Apply Now” under Kfin Technologies
Step 2- Accept the disclaimer
Step 3- Please update the details

details.

2. 2. Select applicant
Type as “Corporate
Subscriber”

3. 3.Tick check box to

agree terms and
policy.
Click & Continue
Step 4- Enter OTP which you will receive to your mobile number

Click Verify OTP

Step 5- Enter your personal details

Click – Save & Proceed

Step 6- Enter your company details

Click – Save & Proceed

Step 7- Click on Aadhar
Step 8- Documents list to upload

Click – OK
Step 9- Generate XML file by clicking the link in URL provided

Click – Save & Proceed

Step 10- Enter your Aadhaar number & generate OTP

Click send OTP

Step 11- Enter OTP & create any 4 digit share code

Click on download
Step 12- Upload Zip file and continue

Click – Save & Proceed

Step 13- Check FATCA

Click & continue

Step 14- Select Tier 1

Click – Save & Proceed

Step 15- Enter your Bank details

Click – Save & Proceed

Step 16- Enter Nominee details & click “Add Nominee”

Click – Save & Proceed

Step 17- Select NPS Scheme

Click – Save & Proceed

Step 18- Upload your signature & Bank Proof

Click – Save & Proceed

Step 19- Select PRAN kit option (Online or Physical Card)

Click – Save & Proceed

Step 20- Check your details in summary page
Step 21- If entered details are correct click confirm or you can edit the details

Click – Save & Proceed

Step 22- Enter OTP received in your email id

Click – Submit
Final Step – Account (PRAN) gets generated
 NPS Login Credentials

1.Employee can go to our Web portal – “enps.kfintech.com”

User Id is NPS account number (PRAN)

Password need to generate.

2. Employee can download our mobile app

“NPS by Kfintech” in Google play store or Apple store.
