Note: Before proceeding with registration, ensure that user has an active HDFC ATM
card handy, and the phone number is registered with the bank.

1. Go to
https://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/
ways-to-bank/online-banking/net-
banking and click on “Register
Online”.

2.Next screen click on ” Register for Net


Banking by generating a One Time
password ( OTP)”
3. Enter Customer ID.

4.Now select “Authentication with One Time


Password (OTP) sent on your registered Mobile
No., and your Debit Card details” and proceed.
5. Enter the captcha and click on continue.

6. Enter registered mobile number and click


continue
7. Enter OTP which is received on the
registered number and click continue.

8. Select and enter Debit card details.


9. Set IPIN.
10. Re-confirm the IPIN.
11.Login to Net banking using the
newly set IPIN.

2. Enter Customer ID and IPIN.

3. On the left-hand side, click on


‘Enquire’ option
4. Under ‘Enquire’ option select
“Download Historical Statement”
5. Choose the account, select the time
period.
6.Select ‘PDF’ as the format and click on
“Download”. The statement will be
downloaded on the device.
