We love chicken wing appetizers for parties and snacks, so I’m


always on the lookout for a new recipe to try, the easier the better.
This one is very tasty...the secret ingredient is the vinegar.

1/2 c. butter, melted 1-oz. pkg. ranch salad


1/4 c. hot pepper sauce, dressing mix
or to taste 1/2 t. paprika
3 T. white vinegar Garnish: ranch salad dressing,
12 chicken wings, celery sticks
cut into sections

In a small bowl, whisk together butter, hot sauce and vinegar. Dip
wing pieces into butter mixture. Arrange in a single layer on a large
cast-iron pizza pan or other baking pan. Sprinkle with salad dressing
mix. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, until
wings are golden and juices run clear, basting occasionally with pan
juices. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve wings with salad dressing and
celery sticks for dipping. Serves 6 to 8.

chicken wings? A pair of sturdy kitchen scissors does the
job in a jiffy. Afterwards, wash the scissors well in
soapy water and set on a towel to dry.
