REFLECTION

The pandemic has given rise to various circumstances which requires me to go

through various adjustments. To lessen its disadvantageous effects, I created a

schedule with regards to my school and house activities as I think it would be beneficial

on my part. Prior to the opening of class I was so excited to follow the schedule but

eventually it becomes useless since I just do things randomly except for my class

schedule. A lot of my time has been spent on unnecessary stuff which lessens my

productivity not only as a student but in a holistic sense. Honestly it just worsened the

situation that started since I was in second year. I just procrastinate all the time which

can be reflected in my performance in prelims. Well, such a result is a fruit of being a

procrastinator and pressured. Pressured in the sense that my knowledge is far from

what it should be considering my year level.

It is ironic since I want to end this battle in time but I’m acting opposite to it. In

short I did not really manage myself, I just went with the flow and just let things as it

were even if I knew it might bring negative effects on me. Prelims results hit me hard,

it slaps me with the reality of being a failure if I continue dwelling in my unproductive

lifestyle. With this in mind, I created another schedule which converts my vacant time

into studying and mastering previous and present topics which I will be dealing in the

future when taking the board exam. I hope I will be able to execute it so that I can

reap its effectiveness.
