Activity 6: Think and Share

Direction: Kindly think and share your own thoughts and point of views on the following
Questions/statements related to physical activity and exercise as well as in becoming Physically active and
fit. Accomplish this in MS Word and submit in PDF format through Google Drive. Deadline of submission will
be on or before November 16, 2020. Each question is worth 10 points and your response will be rated
according to

Question/s:

1. Recalling the meaning of health and fitness, how will you describe a healthy and totally fit
person? Based on your description, do you consider yourself healthy and fit?

For me it is the perfect image of a body, having a big but, muscles are totally formed in her arms and legs,
having 4 or 6 packs of abs, good posture, eats nutritious foods and avoid eating unhealthy foods, drinks lots
of water everyday, maintain building body muscles like exercising everyday, talented, intelligent and
emotionally and mentally healthy.

All that I mentioned above few of them I have and I never considered myself a healthy person and fit person
at all because first I'm fat and second is that I still have so many unhealthy habits that I still embraced and
I'm ashamed of that but I still can't control it because it already grows in me.

2. When you see yourself being active and fit, what kind of activities do you see yourself doing?

Working everyday like homework out, doing household chores, maintaining eating healthy foods and avoid
eating unhealthy food like junk foods and carbonated drinks, having a good character mentally and
emotionally stable like she can control her emotion to the people around her, being positive to all problems
in life and don't have a hard what other people say to her.

3. What do you think tends to get in the way of being active and fit?

Always showing her unhealthy or bad habits, lazy doing physical activities like cleaning household chores or
exercising, always lying in bed and watching movie while eating junk foods and drinking carbonated drinks,
mentally and emotionally unstable like always dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, over thinker and
negative in all aspects of her life.
4. Among the quotations given below, select your best two quotations which you think can be used
as your motivation in starting and staying active and fit. After that, share your thoughts about the
quotations you selected.

“Good thing comes to those who sweat” - I choose this because I experienced it. I really love cleaning
especially when I'm all alone in the house plus playing the music that I like. It was like I have my own world
and own rules. I can start cleaning what area I want and finished it when I want. And when my mom arrived
from her work, I can see to her face that she's happy because the house is clean and she will give us reward
to my brother like what to we like to eat because she will buy it and it also makes us happy.

“Don't limit your challenges, challenge your limits” - the quote says that you must push hard to the things
that you want to pursue because it will makes you stronger than ever. Your mind is powerful to make you do
the things that people think they can't. That's why we have supernatural humans in our world because they
made their weakness as their strength.
