Materials :

500 grams of bread maker flour or flour that has been finely sifted

1 large or 2 chicken eggs that are small in size. Can also use native chicken egg

250 grams of quality margarine

6 Just take the chicken egg yellow

200 ml of boiled water

1 Canned sweetened white condensed milk

How to make :

Pie Skin:
1. 500 grams of wheat flour that has been prepared above mix with 250 grams of margarine and
salt to taste

2. Stir gently until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed

3. After mixing, crack one large enough chicken egg. Add the mixture to the mixture by hand
(knead) until it is completely smooth and mixed perfectly

Fill Pie:

1. Take another place for the pie filling. 6 prepared egg yolks mix with 1 can of sweetened
condensed white milk and water. Mix the three ingredients above with medium speed until all
ingredients are mixed perfectly. Try this stirring process does not make the ingredients inside
bubbly.

2. Prepare a mold that will be used for making pie. For the shape, you can use the usual prints
or create your own ideas.

3. Take the pie crust mixture above. Take a little and flatten by hand. Remember, it's best to
use your hands to flatten them because the results will be very different if you use other tools.

4. Enter the contents of the pie above into a mold that has been covered with pie skin. The mold
should be filled with enough. not too much to avoid undercooked pie. In this step, you can be a
little creative with new ideas. Try adding chocolate sprinkles, grated cheese, raisins or
something else for better results and inviting tastes.

5. Preheat the oven to medium heat, after it is hot enough, enter the Milk Pie mold. Bake for
about 40 minutes to 60 minutes (depending on the size of the fire and the size of the pie made).

6. To check whether the cake is ripe or not use a stick to prick the middle. If it's still mushy and
sticky, it means the cake isn't completely cooked.
