The Cebu City Government is willing to receive modern rules from the national
government’s anti-coronavirus errand constrain but still inquires the open to as it were
go out of their homes for critical needs. People have ‘no intentions to disobey’ new
resolutions from the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging
Infectious Disease (IATF-MEID) that lifts the ban of minors below 21 years old and
senior citizens from going out of their houses. (Erram, 2020)

A study of Jingjing Li and Xiaohan Xhang which entitled Beach Pollution Effects
on Health and Productivity in California evaluated the current policy by empirically
examining the productivity loss, in the form of sick leave, which is caused by fecal-
contaminated water along the California coast under the CCR. The findings of the study
showed that Californians suffer productivity losses due to recreational beach water
pollution. This study also empirically examined the pollution-to-sickness graph that
Cabelli’s classic study theoretically proposed. The study assure that the existing water
quality thresholds are still reasonably safe and appropriate, despite the thresholds being
based on studies from the 1950s. The weakness of the CCR lies in its poor enforcement
or compliance. Better compliance, in terms of posting pollution advisories and
increasing public awareness regarding beach pollution effects on health, would lead to a
significant decrease in sick leaves and a corresponding increase in productivity. This
study advocates for stronger enforcement by displaying pollution advisories and better
public awareness of beach pollution effects on health (LiJ., &Zhang ,2019).
The study of Salman Majeed which entitled Health Resorts and Multi-Textured
Perceptions of International Health Tourists illuminates the likely perceptions of
prospective tourists about the attractions of health resorts, and endeavors to examine
the response of health tourists. The result of the study shows that tourists' expectations
and their behavioral intentions are generally associated indicators of perceived health
resort attractions. Sustainable tourism attractions also play a significant role in shaping
Thai travelers' behavioral responses, while medical facilities and risk levels are
considered significant in determining Indian and Chinese travelers' behaviors (Majeed et
al., 2018).
Some places in the United States has opened public beaches, but there were
considerations that CDC offers and steps for beach managers to take and help protect
their staff and beach visitors, both in the water and on land, and slow the spread of the
virus that causes COVID-19. Beach managers can determine, in collaboration with local
health officials, whether and how to implement these considerations, making
adjustments to meet the unique needs and circumstances of the local community.
Implementation should be guided by what is feasible, practical, and acceptable, and be
tailored to the needs of each community. These considerations are meant to
supplement — not replace — any local, state, territorial, federal, or tribal health and
safety laws, rules, or regulations with which beaches managers must comply.
