Click in drawing space then drag hold
Command line window: Specify radius or diameter: type d for diameter / enter (use d)
Specify the value of d: type 60/enter (Figure A)
Second Circle
Specify the value of d: type 250/enter (Figure B)
Third Circle
Specify the value of d: type 400/enter (Figure C)
Command: MOVE: Select object

Click in drawing space: Second Circle / enter
Command line: Specify basepoint or displacement
Click in drawing space: Click the center of the First Circle
Command line: Specify second point or <use first point as displacement>
Click in drawing space then drag hold to the center of the First Circle (Figure D)
Command: MOVE: Select object

Click in drawing space: Third Circle / enter

In the Status Bar tools: Click the Object Snap Settings
Then check the Midpoint and Press OK

In the Drawing Space: click the guide lines inside the rectangle; click delete on keyboard

Repeat the Command encircling the Circle


Repeat the command in all the Lines of the Circle
