Remarks : The said apprehended lumber and equipment were taken by

Apprehending officer to this office for the depth investigation.

Recommendation : The team recommends to conduct Administrative Adjudication

Proceedings (AAP) pursuant to DAO 97-32 inviting all parties
involved to shed light surrounding the matter.
