    ActionAid International, Economic and Social Research Foundation, Commonwealth Education
    Fund, Save the Children, Global Fund, World Vision International, Aga Khan Foundation.
    Currently Senior Associate Consultant – education at DVI. Responsible for managing program
    partnerships, research, program designing, identifying and recruiting staff, and overseeing
    implementation and monitoring.

    Very comprehensive understanding of education policy processes in Tanzania; clear of strategic


    developments for education through small and big programs; very good networking and capable
    to influence upstream work; attention to details, writes well, good thinking skills, and
    demonstrates high levels of emotional intelligence.

    Overall, professionally proficient for education programming work. Good management expertise,
    reliable and can be depended on to manage large human and financial resources and portfolios.
