X. Rationale of the Project
This allows the children to have the opportunity to actively pursue a wide
variety of different interests and gives us a unique advantage in the game of
life. Learning how to develop oneself in at least main area is vital to survival
but having a grasp on multiple different sectors can lead to even greater
success. Time is valuable and once lost, it is impossible to get it back. You
are giving of your time to God's glory by assisting others. Everyone has the
ability, and everyone can utilize it to improve their own lives and the lives of
others. The only distinctive gift you have to offer that others can use for their
benefit is your talent.
Know That Everyone Is Doing The Best They Can With The Resources They Have
Available. Determine The Difference Between State and Character. Set Expectations for
Yourself, Not For Others. Accept That Everyone's Journey To Maturity Happens At A
Different Pace.
Generally a person who has a talent has an ability to learn easily. Talent has more value
for the talented person because it can help them to pursue their career in it. So talent
without hard work is pretty much useless. When talent and hard work come together
they can achieve great success in life.

XI. Objectives

The objective of this project is to enhance the different skills or abilities of the children in
the community of GK San Pedro. By using or adopting this project it can help us to
determine and use their talents in such a good way. Expressing their feelings in their
talents may be worked out during our session.

Building a motivated workforce that will stick with your company for a long time is the
main goal of talent. It is a methodically planned, strategic procedure for bringing on the
greatest personnel and assisting them in reaching their full potential while keeping
organizational goals in mind. This teaches people how to express their needs, wants,
and feelings to others more effectively. Society helps the development of people's
talents.

XII. Description of the project, Strategies and Methods/ Plan of Action

Promoting the talents of the individuals can be the start of the foundation that
values their capabilities to engage and accept the facts that they are a gift
from god because that was sent from above. Our group is one of the people
who are here not only to teach the individuals but then there to guide in their
life.
Socializing through, means that people are equal citizens. They are
respected and confident in their communities. You can't empower someone
else or make someone empowered. It is about ways of working and
supporting someone that means they can take control and responsibility for
their own lives.
Appreciating others' good qualities encourages them to hone their skills. In
turn, it will increase your sense of self-esteem for doing something
meaningful for others. It will also make your relationships more loving and
beautiful.

XIII. Financial Plan/ Proposed Expenditures/Fund Raising Activities

By defining goals together, assigning responsibilities for each team member to achieve,
and keeping each other responsible, fundraising is an excellent approach to teach
students collaboration. A successful fundraiser is the result of everyone coming together
to organize, prepare, and carry out the event.

Fundraising that happens over an extended period of time and highlights a specific,
predetermined goal. We are not only here for the fact that we can gain money but we
think that if we do make a fundraising activity we can help the people that who really
needs the money. It's a way to get the whole school community involved and for
students to learn about goal setting, families to re-connect with loved ones, and schools
to boost spirit and promote student wellbeing.

XIV. Functional Relationships with the collaborating

Agencies/Duties/Responsibilities of Agencies Involved

Relationship skills include abilities such as: Listening actively, communicating

effectively, and self-advocating. Developing mutually healthy and productive
relationships. Making and maintaining trusting. The SK Federation can help us to
attain our goal just to see what the children; their mind and their voice want to say…

Learning the skills that make up romantic competence—insight, mutuality, and

emotional control—can be done at any age. And all of your relationships will prosper
if you have these abilities.

XV. Monitoring and Evaluation Mechanics

Ensures that lessons learnt are captured and feed into a continual adjustment
and improvement of mainstreaming efforts. The scope of the monitoring and
evaluation framework should be determined according to resources available
for these activities.
Monitoring is a skill used to keep track of your own actions and
performance. People use self-monitoring to help with all kinds of activities,
from frying an egg to solving a math problem. Kids with weak self-monitoring
skills can benefit from using checklists and other supports for learning.

XVI. Plans for ensuring the sustainability of the project.

It is necessary for them to start taking responsibility for the project's results as
its impact does not go away once the project is done. The project
management profession at large should promote the Sustainable
Development Goals by developing objectives, plans and setting them into
practice in a given context.
' Meeting the needs of the present generation without compromising the
ability of future generations to meet their needs' Reducing consumption of
resources – such as water and energy. Better building practices to reduce
energy and waste. More fuel efficient engines in cars and trucks.
Universalize access to basic services such as water, sanitation and
sustainable energy. Support the generation of development opportunities
through inclusive education and decent work. Foster innovation and resilient
infrastructure, creating communities and cities able to produce and consume
sustainably.
