A short report of our activities for students on Friday morning.

Physical activities can improve mental health by decreasing and preventing conditions such as anxiety
and depression, as well as improving mood and other aspects of well-being.

We did two exercises on Friday to boost the physical activity of our students and they were: Race/
running, and push-ups.

Friday we had a run and push-up exercises the students were running on the street from the girls' hostel
to the door of the SOS school. About 17 students participated in the run, and 8 students participated in
the push-up.

Our teacher Kenneth was helping us with student guidance.

The first student came back in 6 minutes, the highest student does 48 push-ups They were passionate
and enthusiastic activities and the students are very welcoming.

There were many challenges including not having to reward students who won the competition.

We are proposing to set aside money for students to engage in activities.
