 Please note the following regarding –

A:  Assessment Date – 11.12, 17,18,19,20,23 and 24 th November,2020

1. Students must remember all the prescribed parameters and other points regarding
mediation as discussed. 
2. The assessments shall take place in accordance with Roll Numbers.
3. Students will be assessed for their role as ‘mediator’.  Students are at liberty to
arrange other role players (the parties) as per their choice.
4. For mediation, parties may be represented by their counsels also (optional).
5. Time duration for each session is 10 minutes. Students are advised to strictly adhere
to time slot i.e. within 10 minutes only they must complete the whole exercise etc.
