corporations. The company is a learning company with more than 22,500 employees operating in 70
countries. They’re committed to helping equip learners with the skills that they need to enhance their
employability prospects. Pearson company main branch is located at London, United Kingdom and was
founded on 29th of july 1998. The current CEO of the company is John Fallon since October 3 2012 up
until now.

Vision

Pearson wants to have direct relationship with millions of lifelong learners and to link the education
to the way people aspire to live and work every day. They want to shape the future of learning and to be
part of the great positive change that can happen in the future of learning.

Strategy

Pearson’s strategy, as stated on the company website, consists of four initiatives, paraphrased as follows
to focus on:

do if they want to become successful in life. They love to help and give people chances to gain their
confidence to pursue studying. They have different ways to do that. The company delivers its content in
various forms and through various channels, including books, newspapers and online services. The
