STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

This study aims to determine “Factors for Improving Critical Thinking at Intermediate Level”.

RESEARCH OBJECTIVES

The objectives of the study are:

To find out the ways to develop critical thinking at intermediate education.

To investigate the improvement of critical thinking skills.

To determine the ways for the improvement of critical thinking at intermediate level.

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

The present study is significance because of the following reason:

This study will be helpful for the development of critical thinking skill at intermediate level.

This study may provide data which will be helpful for the educational planner, researcher and teachers
for planning, developing Critical thinking skills at intermediate level.

DELEMINITATION OF THE STUDY

The study is delimited to,

The students of FA/FSC classes.

1.5 RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

The following procedure was used for the study.

POPULATION

All the students of FA/FSC of Govt. Degree college tehsil karor were the population of this research
study.

SAMPLE

Sample of 250 students was taken from the population. In this sample male were 125 and 125 were
female students.

DATA COLLECTION

The data was collected through questionnaire.


RESEARCH TOOL

A survey based questionnaire (5 point Likert scale) entitled to find “factors for improving critical
thinking at Intermediate level” was developed to collect the require data. Questionnaire was comprised
of 22 statements which help to explore the ways to develop the critical thinking skills at higher level.
