Sources of Personnel

The proposed Room Rental will hire personnel who are preferably from the Municipality of Panglao. This
is to provide employment opportunities to the people of Panglao and to encourage the local people to
support to the business.

Employee Policies

To encourage employees to act in a prescribed way in the Room Rental operations and to safeguard the
rights of the employees as well as the business interest of the owner, general policies must be followed.
These policies are established to ensure that the Room Rental is being operated in an efficient and
effective manner, and ensure consistency in the decision making and operational procedures. Below are
the general policies adopted by the room rental.

Communication

 Management will practice direct and honest communication


 Employees are welcome to reach out their complaints and concerns to the management
at any reasonable period of time.
 Employees must extend warm greetings to the tenants and must treat occupants with
hospitality and respect.
 Offensive, vulgar language behavior and unethical misconduct is not allowed in the
premises of the room rental.

Compensation

 The salary of each employee will be based on their job position, duties and
responsibilities performed.
 All other compensation and benefits such as SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth as well as the
13th month pay, is within the sole discretion of the management as mandated by the
Labor Code of the Philippines.

Sanctions:

First Offense - Warning

Second Offense - Warning with Reprimand

Third Offense - Deduction of Salary

Fourth Offense - Firing of Employee


1. Being drunk during working hours or bringing of illegal drugs or alcoholic beverages.
2. Unauthorized use of the properties of the d of the dorm rental or of other employees.
3. Gambling during working hours.
4. Destruction of the properties of the dorm rental or the property of fellow employees.
5. Sleeping during the scheduled working hours or leaving one’s work without the permission
of the owner.
6. Being late during the scheduled shift.
7. Failure of attending the concerns of the tenants.
8. Doing unnecessary activities during work hours such as playing or having leisure.
