    Dear Ms. Joe,

    I would like to make an appeal to void the total deduction of 862.50 pesos only ,
    that will appear on my July 30, 2020 Pay Slip, for having “No Check-In” last July 1, 2020
    and “ No Check-In and Check-Out” last June 14, 2020. It is impossible to have no Record
    during these days. I always make sure that I already subject myself into Fingerprint
    Biometrics Device before going to work.

    On the other hand, if I made a mistake please disregard this for now. I want to make
    an early apology and promise to take action so that it will not happen again.

    I hope that you will merit my appeal regarding this matter.
