Subject: Reducing absenteeism and turnover in the organization.

Dear respected sir,


In our organization, we have been seeing according to our HR department data that none of our
employees is working more than a longer period, and others also miss the daily work schedule.
In this situation as a strategic advisor, I have some plan to reduce our company absenteeism and
turnover, which I will address in this memo.
According to our employee control data management, I see that the maximum of our employee
leave the job for their best interest which we are failed to provide them and rest others lose their
interest in their work. In this situation, I have planned if we give our employee a fair amount of
compensation after the end of their service time and also increase increment every year
according to their performances. We can also create a month of the employee session and
rewards them, which will encourage the employee to work hard if we are able to give our senior
employee and other proper promotion with transparency which will help us to streak with the old
employee for a longer time. We can create a health and wellness program and provide training
and coaching facilities. By regarding this, we can control our absenteeism and turnover.
I do hope this plan will help to solve our recent problem.
