different ecosystems which incorporates
the mandates of different agencies and
sectors and is conducive for convergence
across different government agencies, the
private and public sectors.

(a) for the production of the new Family
Access Card in Emergencies (FACE) to
four (4) million poor families at ₱50.00 per
card. FACE is both a Data Capture
Management System and a mechanism
to facilitate DSWD Disaster Response
Programs and Services.
