Please see below recent issuances of the BIR:

1. BIR Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 56-2020 – Further clarifies Revenue Memorandum
Circular No. 48-2020 on the manner of filing of returns and the payment of the corresponding
taxes due thereon until June 14, 2020. In addition to the manner of filing returns and payment
under RMC No. 48-2020, the taxpayer may file through the eBIRForms Facility, and use the
following payment options: (i) over-the-counter payment through AAB; (ii) Revenue Collection
Officers of the nearest RDO even in areas where there are AABs; and (iii) electronic/online
payment.

2. BIR Revenue Memorandum Order No. 15-2020 – Amendatory provision to RMO No. 28-99 to
provide an updated procedure in the acceptance of property donations to the BIR.

SEC shall implement online platform applications through the following links/electronic mail

Please see below recent issuances of the DTI:

1. Minimum Guidelines on Minimum Health Protocol for Dine-In Restaurants and Fast Food
Establishments - Provides the minimum health standards that shall be implemented in dine-in
restaurants and fast food establishments. Dine-in operations of dine-in restaurants and fast food
establishments will be allowed at a 50% maximum capacity under MGCQ starting June 1,
2020. On the other hand, restaurants and fastfood establishments in areas under MECQ and
GCQ must wait for further guidelines from the IATF on the date of reopening.

Please see below recent issuances of the SSS:

1. SBWS Task Force Program Resolution No. 2 – Provides the procedure for returning the SBWS
benefits received by covered employers/employee-beneficiaries from the SSS under the SBWS
Program. Voluntary return of the amount shall be made until June 15, 2020 at the nearest
Landbank branch. Involuntary return of the amount shall be made within 15 calendar days from
receipt of a demand letter from the SSS.

1. AEP Online Filing Services – Starting June 15, 2020, the DOLE will allow the online submission of
Alien Employment Permit applications and Establishment Registrations.
