Training demonstration for first aid aims to impart knowledge and gives a real world of first aid
practice to be applied on emergency scenarios. Moreover, it has the following steps and procedures.
First aid is a health practice for safety. Learning the basics may mean learning to save someone’s life or
even to save yours. Without proper action at proper time, danger awaits us with a bigger face. We must
act on time when a person is injured. We must take care of person the way is it meant, otherwise, a
valuable life might be lost. We need to understand how precious lives of people are and what
importance first aid carries in saving these lives. And as a concerned citizens of this community we must
take pride urging all Filipinos to take part in the heroism of learning and practicing every bit of first aid
demonstration training in the video as a part of a safer world.

First aid is defined as help provided to an injured person or a sick individual until the rescue was
ongoing. One of the most important aspects that I learnt is that first aid is provided based on the kind of
medical condition one is experiencing. Therefore, for one to be a good first aider, one must have a
knowledge to handle different medical conditions. I found this a bit challenging especially due to the
procedure. Moreover, there is no chance for mistakes in any first aid procedure. Mistake might result to
the death even your on wrong doing for the situation. In first aid practice is also a bit challenging. I even
thought that one can only perfect the first aid skills by going around with the first aid procedure notes to
confirm the steps. However, maybe, with practice one would be able to master the procedure.

Generally, safety and first aid demonstration is a very important in the life of a person and the
society that will be surrounding the person in the future. For instance, development of fever or inserting
objects in the ears or nose. Knowing how to handle such situations makes me more courageous to face
my future as a parent. It also gives me the joy of knowing that I can save someone’s life in critical
situation. This basic life saving gives me something that I can be proud of in my life. Although the steps
seems a bit demanding, it is so nervous being individual for doing. It is a course that almost fits the
emergency department in a hospital, a course that eases patient’s pain and gives them a chance of living
again.
