Ease of entry We decided to put our Vendo Wi-fi Machine to one of our group
member's house, since their place is a commercial setting. The
owner of the house did not want us to provide any requirements
as long as we will stick to our agreements.

Geographic proximity (Matic Net ph) soon to be located at purok 4C Gusa CDO beside
Gusa Regional Science High School, will offer a convenient and
affordable way to access the internet away from home. The place
has only 1 competitor small computer shop and it is 10 or 15
meters away from the vendo machine.
The machine can reach approximately from 45 meters to as far
as 200 wifi signal range with the minimum of 40 persons can
access.

Costs

Competitors positions Our competitor is a small computer shop business and it has 4
computers and they also provide printing services. Based on the
customer's feedback their internet connections are often weak
and lag. They do not have enough man power or people to look
after the computer shop. Therefore, some of the customers prefer
to choose a prepaid load because they felt like it is the most
convenient alternative for the weak internet connections of the
computer shop. And it is much safer as they don’t have to go
outside the comfort of their home.

Management The owner of the house has internet cafe business before but
experience unfortunately there was a bankruptcy that has happened for
some reasons. And with that it is an edge because they know
how to handle and take good care of the products in terms of
consignments.

Staffing capabilities We only have 1 or 2 people to look on the machine to ensure

safety, since it's a self-service working method and no need for
supervision it will just be put in one place so it's less hassle to the
consignee.

Marketing needs We need a place or lounge that has a good ambiance so that
people can stay and relax while they are connecting or to sip
some coffee.
