scheme 5 tapping point(11:15)

dpwh letter instructing HCC to proceed interior connection layout of scheme 5 while
waiting for the finalization of the tapping points outside nsb project, together
with the instruction meron kaming comments po with regards to the costing
HCC is preparing the budgetary costing so once kumpleto na yung information, fost
and mgsb office separated from the costing. the costing os limited to scheme 5,
there are three costing on basement 1, fost for variation, offices of sct, and
scheme 5.

(13:40) HCC remaining items at Basement 1 mechanical lift, motorpool, mgsb special
storage, HCC waiting for formal instruction but already proceeded based on the
confirmation from SCT

DPWH for update DPWH transmitted a letter to SCT waiting for the confirmation of

Third Floor
HCC asked for timeline
DPWH replied hopefully within this week for the queries and comments of SCT

STP
HCC stated that SCT emailed drawings of drainage and sewer from BCDA, HCC will wait
for DPWH instruction if they will follow the drawings from SCT.DPWH replied that
they did not receive the letter. SCT will just resend the said letter.

DPWH mentioned regarding the drainage they will give back the letter from HCC
because of the comments they saw in the attachments and estimates.

HCC stated they conducted a clarificatory with DPWH regarding the budgetary costing
last November 12, 2020, DPWH to return the budgetary costing and for revision of
HCC. HCC are waiting official letter. DPWH replied its just for signatory of their
heads.

Perimeter Roads
HCC already received the comments from DPWH last November 16, 2020, HCC will
provide a response on November 18, 2020.

Other Item Landscape GF

HCC asked DPWH and SCT about the approved Landscape GF. DPWH replied that both
overlayed plan is with HCC and the revised Ground Floor layout is with SCT. SCT
updated HCC that is under review and they are trying have signed after reviewing.

Raised Flooring
HCC forwarded the addditional requirement last nov 9. DPWH mentioned they have an
ongoing coordination with HCC Engineering bali po with regards sa costing naman sa
paguusapan namin ay additonal clarification with details ay ongoing naman
