Working Hours

According to the standard practice and business needs set by the organization.

Remuneration

You will be paid a total salary of US$ 1500.00 ( One Thousand Five Hundred ) Only per month.

Basic Salary

You will be paid a total salary of US$ 1500.00 ( One Thousand Five Hundred ) Only per month.

Housing A,llowance

(2s000x12)=3,00,000

Medical Allowance

( 10000x 121=1,20'ooo

Annual Leave

You will be entitled to an annual leave of20 ( Twenty ) working days each yem. The rules and
regulations are subject to change by management as appropriate.

Discipline

You are not allowed during your employment run this company. (a) to accept other employment
either paid or unpaid( b)to engage in any civil or political activities or private business during
working hours without the approval of management:( c) to use properly or premises of the

company for any purpose other than company purposes without prior consent of the

Separation from company:

a) Resignation: After confirming, You may be releases from employment by giving 2( Two)
Months' notice or pay in lieu thereof by either side, b). Dsmiss/Dischmge: We shall have
the right to dismiss/Discharge you from employment on ground of misconduct.

You are now requested, ifyou agree to confirm your acceptance ofthe contents ofthis letter by
signing and retuming to us the duplicate copy. We have pleasure in welcoming you in our
company and sincerely hope that our close collaboration will be a mutually satisfactory one.
