SUBJECT: CONFIRMATION OF OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT AS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Dear Mr. Rajak,

We are pleased to confirm our offer to have you join NEW ABEL INFRATECH PRIVATE LIMITED, a
leading infrastructure solution provider, as “ Business development Manager” . Your appointment shall
commence from today itself effective immediately, subject to acceptance of appointment letter, on the
following terms:

a) You will be on probation for ONE month during which time we may terminate your employment
at any time without notice or payment in lieu of notice; If your employment is continued, we may
only terminate your employment without cause on one month notice or payment in lieu of notice;
however, we reserve the right to terminate your employment at any time without notice or
payment in lieu of notice for “good cause”. Kindly refer the detailed appointment letter for the
definition of the same;

b) Your gross cash salary, during the term of your employment, is equivalent to INR Fifteen
Thousand two hundred only (Rs.15200) per month ctc including Fuel allowance, subject to
statutory deductions. In addition to the same, you are entitled to one(1) sick leave in a month
and/or One (1) paid leave.

c) Subject to official holidays, your hours of employment, subject to revision if needed, are 09:00
AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, with 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM break for lunch and two 15
minute’s tea-breaks (one to be taken in the morning and the other in the afternoon) in each full
working day;

d) For employment duties, kindly refer to employment contract attached alongwith with the letter
of confirmation; however, the conditions mentioned herein are not to be taken as exhaustive or
limited. You will be expected to perform any reasonable task given by the company as and when
required;

e) Upon your acceptance, this letter will contain the entire agreement and understanding between
you and the Company and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements,
understandings, communications, offers, representations, warranties, or commitments by or on
behalf of the Company (oral or written). The terms of your employment may in the future be
amended, but only

by writing and which is signed by both you and, on behalf of the Company, by a duly authorized
officer. The detailed “Contract of Employment” will be annexed along with the same in due course
to be signed by you and counter-signed by the company after due deliberations.

Please let us know of your decision to join New Abel Infratech Pvt Ltd by signing a copy of this offer
letter and returning it to us not later than 20 th Feb’22. Your offer is contingent upon your signing of the
Company's Employment and Confidentiality Agreement (to be shared later on).

We are very pleased to offer you the position of “ site supervisor” and are sure that you will make a superb
addition and will strive to be an invaluable asset to the company.
