    This technical data sheet provides information on Schekotub Interior Protection Lacquer for tubes made of aluminum. The lacquer has a binder made of synthetic resins, a delivery viscosity of DIN 4/40 ± 5”, and a solids content of 33 ± 2%. It can be applied by spraying at a wet film thickness of 25-32 g/m2 for tubes and 32-39 g/m2 for aerosol cans, drying to a thickness of 8-10 μm for tubes and 10-12 μm for cans. The recommended stoving conditions are 5’/260°C to 10’/240°C.
