Saying Thankyou
If you have received a file from someone and you write back “thank you’ this is a way to
acknowledge receipt of the sender’s file. So it is actually useful. It also means that the
sender does not have to send you an email saying ‘did you get the file?’
In any case, all u need to do is to add ‘thank you’ to the existing subject line.
