andunbalanced without direct practice. Thus students will have work experience indirectly through the practice that is held so very needed
now and also in the future As for my moment when carrying out the workshop for semesters 1 to 4, namely at the time workshop before
starting the practice we always carry out the morning apple directed by Our supervisor must wear safety shoes, workshop clothes, and do
things our practice must comply with the rules according to safety procedures. In the 1st semester workshop, namely the mechanic
workshop which is held for 2 weeks. starting from 23 October -07 November 2018, students are required to do 3 The first job is the U Profile
job where in the process students will learn using the calipers, the dripping technique, the scratching technique, the file drilling, etc. While
doing this practice I myself felt a little bit difficult because drilling, etc. at the time of doing this practice myself feel a little bit difficult because
I think it's hard work that is rarely done by women however after I do this practice I feel happy because I get a lot experiences where we are
trained to be patient in filing, sawing and drawing on U profile, accuracy in doing practice and Using calipers correctly The second. Job,

justification are immediately carried out so that it can function properly. In the 3rd semester workshop, namely the labor installation and
lighting practicum held for 2 weeks starting November 25 - December 13 2019, In this practicum, students are taught to carry out the
installation process according to the existing jobsheet given in this practicum is still related to the previous semester practicum where
students must be able to read pictures in order to complete jobs correctly After installing the lighting, then proceed to the power installation
process. On when it is intended to build installations that can be used to control motorbikes. There are several types of controls that are
applied in this practice, namely Auto Reverse, Star-delta, up to DOL. In this job there can be trouble such as short ballini lights usually occur
due to improper installation of the caused by reading a wrong picture thus the activities of this workshop accuracy is required in composing
and reading images. In the 4th semester workshop, namely the Conventional Industrial Automation & PLC) practicumheld for about 2 weeks
starting from March 03 - March 13 2020. At the workshop this time, students were assigned to do 4 kinds of tasks, namely Air Blast, Milling.
Furnace and Pumps Before doing the first job we were divided into groups which consists of groups of each group consists of 3 people.
After implementing 4 kinds of tasks, students are expected to know how industrial work simulations are currently running so as to achieve
maximum work results in the industrial world need to prepare a reliable and experienced workforce and capable students appear confident
in seeking out and resolving damage caused to the distraction installation, and in this job also train practical cooperation to become a
workforce professional and competent in their field later. In the workshop, 21 safety golden rules must be applied, such as treating all
devices of all electrical devices as if they were alive or energized,. However, at the time of the 3rd semester workshop, there were still
negligence because they did not pay attention to the 21 safety golden rules, namely not disconnecting the power source before repairing
electrical equipment, resulting in a short circuit in the workshop room which caused the workshop lights to go out.
