Sir:

This letter is my response to convey my sincere apologies for reporting to school late for five days,
in the month of September, and for my one recorded under time. This is because I had to
accompany my wife (who is eight months pregnant at that time) for her check-up. Her check-up
was scheduled for the month of September, twice. She was also advised to have urine analysis and
blood test by her doctor and so I had to sacrifice going to school early to accompany her, since she
has no one to be with her, other than me. Also, my wife and I were currently residing at Pugo
Cecilio, Santa Ignacia, Tarlac. I usually consume only fifteen minutes from our current residence
when going to school, but is now extended into thirty minutes and most of the time, more than the
stated time because of the road construction.
Again, I genuinely apologize for my misconduct and I appreciate your understanding in this matter.
