PROCUREMENT RULES 2014.

agencies are required to provide clear authorization and delegation of powers for

different categories of procurement under the rule cited above.

2. I am further directed to request that to comply the legal requirements

under said rule kindly issue direction to all concerns working under your

administrative control to notify approval mechanism of procurement and provide the

same to this office for uploading on its website.
