JOB PROFILE
 Responsible for quality auditing at A.Q.L Systems.
 Independently approving fit, Size set, Shipment sample
 Carrying out in-line, on-line, mid-line & final inspection from very initial stages of
production, sort out quality related issues, color variation, packaging, measurements
etc & final quality approval before shipment.
 Implementations and spreading awareness of quality systems on productions floor and
finishing, ensuring of good quality products.
 To seal styles after evaluating fabric type/quality and workmanship.
 To ensure quality at all stages from Fabric to shipment.
 Ensure respect of buyer’s quality requirements at all stages.
 Check Fit and approved samples, size-sets, sealers, TOP etc.
 Work closely with the design and merchandising teams and ensure all relevant style
information is maintained.
 Spearheading production operations, including development & execution of production
plans, estimation and procurement of resources and manpower required during the
process.
 HOME TEXTILES – Tufted & Woven carpet, Bath mat, Bed linen, Tablecloth, Curtains,
Cushion covers, Lunch mat, Fused mat, Runner, Towels, Bath rugs.
 Responsible to check paper pattern for style N fit and make size sets before fabric
cutting for prod.
 Dealing directly with buyer for any technical issue regarding sample .
