Worked as Quality Assurance Engineer in R & D Dept. of Bansal Spinning Mills Ltd, Ludhiana.
Have good knowledge of complete testing from Raw material to yarn plus fabric testing (the mill
also has a weaving unit for the production of defense fabric & jersey).

Analyzing daily quality report and rewinding fault analysis.

Smart textiles are the fabrics that have electronic & interconnection woven into them for adding
special effect or features.
We have implemented the idea of e-Textiles by adding different features to the under-lit denim
skirt like light & motion sensitivity and hence can be used in club wears, performances, fashion
shows etc. In future more features can be added like thermal sensitivity, phone app. Control,
Bluetooth.

Study of effect of local mills on local shearers JULY-AUG 2014

Mr. Jai Kumar Chaudhary, Owner, Mahadev Woollen Mill, Sundernagar (HP)
Did a Community Project to understand the effect of local textile mills on local shearers, workers
and customers. Visited the local firm “MAHADEV WOOLLEN MILL” and surveyed mill workers,
supervisors & customer. We have learnt the psychology of different levels which will help us to
become a successful entrepreneur or to face the challenges in the work space.
