Accommodation:
Those who need accommodation during GOSPELHOLYDAYS
have the following choices
1. simple – dormitory (school or gym), own sleeping mat and
sleeping bag required

For us, the Nr. 1 among the European gospel
choir directors and also known and appreciated
in the USA as a gospel choir director and songwri-
ter... There is barely a gospel choir in Germany that
does not know and sing his songs. The Danish Music-Pas-
tor, Songwriter, Producer and Choir director touches with
his heartfelt songs and text many singers and listeners to
the core. Hans Christian Jochimsen understands with his
unique art, how to release in people their free gospel
voice and how to make an unforgettable gospel
experience with his wonderful Humor.
Derrick Starks - USA
The Gifted Songwriter, Choir director and Pia-
nist from Detroit radiates a contagious basic
Gospel feeling. The Music-Pastor Derrick
Starks has excited thousands of people
with gospel music. He has worked with
many of the gospel greats in the USA either
standing on the stage or in the recording stu-
dios on top rate productions. As a Musical-
Director he has already been active all over
Europe and Africa. We are very happy to have
him and a whole group of surprise guests
from the USA. That promises to make a Gospel
fire full of temperament!

Gospel power out of Dresden – Rousing, Funny and full of
Energy the passionate gospel choir director couple and
initiators of GOSPELHOLYDAYS have been bringing
gospel music and moving people of all generations
for over 2 decades. Regardless if it is a choir of 10
or 1000 singers, Gospel is their calling and the

Sharing makes us all richer
Gospelholydays wants to be more than just a Festival and
among other things support gospel choirs and
gospel choir directors in our East European
neighboring countries, that are dependent
on help for their work. In 2014 and 2016
the first Bulgarian gospel choir, the SOFIA
GOSPEL CHOIR were our guests. Those
who experienced it, know how enjoyable
and overpowering it was not only for our
guests. For the GOSPELHOLYDAYS 2019
we want to invite at least one gospel choir and
5 gospel choir directors from eastern Europe to
attend GOSPELHOLYDAYS with no costs falling on them.
