Q1. In What three ways is the proposed vision

statement better than Disney’s actual vision statement?
Ans:-
There is three ways to operates Disney Studio Entertainment, Consumer
Product, and interactive Media. This is the right way to vision statement.
As we know everyone loves Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck. A Media
Network and Park and Recreation is future vision of Disney. An Walt
Disney actual vision statement is “To Make People happy” Disney’s first
strong vision is Makes People Always Happy, According to the this case
study there is three case study but when we differentiate the all threes
vision that time we found the right way, In my way Disney Studio
Entertainment is the actual vision of disney’s like that.
The vision is however the proposed vison statement for disney’s is “ To
offer the best family entertainment the world through then park , movies,
and radio, television coverage of news and sporting events globally.
Means strong vision is follows the all country.
A vision statement represents the overall goal or purpose of the
organization and is described with a global or high level order of words.
The statement should be original and realistic. A successful vision
features three characteristics: - It provides meaning, not only to the
company but also to the individual’s work.
The vision creates orientation as well as order. - It affects motivation. The
divergence between the actual situation and the one to be realised awakens
enthusiasm amongst the employees. - It gives guidance. One of the major
challenges organizations face today is forming a harmonized, collective
pattern out of all involved individuals’ actions to benefit the whole

company. Reasons why actual vision statement (to make people happy) is
not suitable:

 Walt Disney’s actual vision statement is concise.

 The vision is too broad in nature and difficult if not impossible to
measure.
 It lacks the steely-eyed focus that investors look for.
Therefore, author proposed vision statement (to offer the best family
entertainment in the world through theme parks, cruises, movies, and
radio and television coverage of news and sporting events globally) is
suitable due to following reason:

 Disney’s brand name to expand in other areas of business.

 A specification of the company’s market scope, which in this case
is global.
 It focuses on becoming a top player in the global market for
amusement parks, entertainment, and mass media products.

Q2. In what three ways is the proposed mission

statement better than Disney’s actual mission
statement?
Ans:
We are on a mission every day to serve customers young and old with
outstanding family Entertainment and is develop the Disney TV program
not only that it’s acquired the newly line cruise lines. Using the portfolio
of brands to differentiate our content, services and consumer product, we

seek to develop the most creative innovative and portfolio entertainment

experience and related product in the World.
Reasons why actual mission statement (To be one of the world's leading
producers and providers of entertainment and information. Using our
portfolio of brands to differentiate our content, services, and consumer
products, we seek to develop the most creative, innovative and profitable
entertainment experiences and related products in the world) is not
suitable:

 The mission statement lacks specificity.

 It only deals vaguely with the focus of the brand.
 It does not give any clear glimpse of the product range, customer
audience, market position, competition or leadership and
employees.
Therefore, author proposed vision statement (We are on a mission every
day to serve customers young and old with outstanding family
entertainment. By offering popular theme parks and Disney TV
programming to our newly acquired ABC, ESPN and cruises lines, we
provide well diversified family entertainment worldwide.
We use many Disney characters such as Mickey Mouse and Donald duck
to excite customers globally. We produce apps for smartphones in the
Interactive Media division. We give back generously to our communities
and offer many internship for deserving college students. Everything we
do at Disney is possible because of our great employees and fans
worldwide) is suitable:

 A mission statement is specific and a clear view of the future.

 It is seen as a compass that coordinates the employees’ behaviours.

new Disney Vision and mission statement?

through theme parks, cruises, movies, and radio and television coverage
of news and sporting events globally with touch of oneness.
