    How I currently feel as a leader:

    I identify most with the photo of the man laying down with sticky notes surrounding him. I don’t
    typically like to be the leader in situations because for me I get overwhelmed and want to satisfy
    everyones wants and needs. The sticky notes in the photo represent my fear of other people not
    being satisfied with how I am leading and how it will consume me and solidify my worries.

    How I want to be as a leader in the future:

    I identify with the photo of the girl with rain falling on her face. She seems so happy and like she
    loves what is going on and I want to feel like that as a leader. I want to be at peace and happy
    with my leadership style and be able to reflect that onto others.
