Installation depth of the sleeve bearing ... 9.85 ± 0.30 mm (0.388 ± 0.012 inch)

Inside diameter ... 90.25 ± 0.04 mm (3.553 ± 0.002 inch)
Outside diameter ... 106.200 ± 0.013 mm (4.1811 ± 0.0005 inch)
Installation depth of the sleeve bearing ... 9.85 ± 0.30 mm (0.388 ± 0.012 inch)

Note: Before assembly, lubricate the face and the threads of the special locknut (2) with 248-7522
Hydraulic Oil all around.

(2) Torque for the special locknut ... 10800 ± 550 N·m (7960 ± 410 lb ft)

(3) Lubricate the inside diameter and the outside diameter of three rings with clean grease.

(4) Lubricate the inside diameter and the outside diameter of the seal assembly with clean grease.

(7) Lubricate the sealing lip of the buffer seal lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

(8) Lubricate the sealing lip of the U-cup seal lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

(9) Lubricate the sealing lip of the lip type seal lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

(10) Before assembly, apply 4C-4032 Bearing Mount Compound to the wiper seal groove.
