R/= My name is Omaira Arias, I am 49 years old and I am a community leader and
coordinator of the Human Rights council in my neighbourhood Poblado.

b) What are your Studies and where are you studying?

R/= I am studying social community psychologist.

c) What is your current work or you last work experience? Include the name of the
company, the time you have work or have worked in?
R/= I currently work as a community leader, where I coordinate the Human
Rights council in my neighbourhood Poblado for 10 years.

1) What are your best skills to apply to the job?
R/= I have very strong verbal communication, teamwork and leadership skills and
also I have the ability to create innovative ideas.
2) What will you contribute to this company if you get the job?
R/= I will contribute to improve the different process inside the company through
my experience and knowledge about social services and development of social
projects.
3) What are your expectations in salary?
R/= My expectations are according to my experience and my studies but I am
open to discussing what you believe to be a fair salary for the position.
4) Do you perform well under pressure?
R/= I actually work better under pressure. Good pressure, such as an upcoming
deadline, helps me to stay motivated and productive.
5) How are your relationships with your workmates?
R/= I always have been excellent relationships with my workmates because the
communication between us has been the key.

R/= Prioritizing tasks, delegating, and exercising.
7) Why do you want this job?
R/=Because I really love interacting with people. I enjoy being with the
community so much.”

R/= I prefer teamwork because we can share several ideas and looking for answers
at the same.

R/= I consider that I have good communcation skills because I have been working
with people in the community of my neigborhood during a lot of time.
10) Mention your main strengths and your weaknesses.
R/= I have very strong communication skills. On the other hand, I used to wait
until the last minute to complete the less important tasks. I’m now much more
proactive.
11) Mention an achievement in your current job or your last job.

R/= Re-organize something to make it work better and identify problems and
solved them through new ideas that improve things.
12) How long would you want to stay in this company?
R/= I don't have any immediate plans to move on. I'd like a job where I can have
continuity.
13) Are you an innovative worker? Explain why.
R/= Yes because I am in constant professional training and learning about new
things every day.
