1.) Tell me about yourself

I've been a teacher in a private school for almost 3 years where I teach students and I love my job and I
get a great sense of achievement from seeing my students develop and grow as individuals. If I can have
a positive impact on their future, I feel I am doing my job well.

2.) Tell me about your dream job?

My dream job is to become a teacher, to inspired and motivate my students to make a difference.

3.) Why did you leave your last job?

I leave in my last job because I’m looking for an opportunity where I can put those abilities to work for a
mission I’m passionate about. I’ve learned a lot in my last job, but I’m looking for the next step where I
can continue to grow and use the skills I’ve honed to contribute to a school I love, and this opportunity
seems to be the perfect fit.”

4.) What is your weakness?

I always found it difficult to speak in front of a large group of adults. So I decided to do something about
it. I joined a local public speaking skills group for five months and slowly gained the confidence and
courage to speak in front of large groups.

5.) What are your strengths ?

The passion for my profession is undoubtedly my greatest strengths. I believe it reflects in each lesson,
in each talk I have with the students. They can feel that I really want the best for them, and try my best
in each lesson, which of course motivates them to also try hard, or at least to stay disciplined and to be
honest.

6.) What do you know about the type of work we do?

I know the type of work you do because I've been a teacher in a private school for almost 3 years and
my experienced is suited to the position that I applying, in my last job I successfully handled many
students. I’m confident in my ability to use my teaching skills to bring efficiency and order to your
school.
7.) Why should we hire you?

I am confident that I am the right choice to be hired as a teacher at your school because I have an
inherent ability to reach out to students. They respond well to me. Apart from the subject matter, I
provide my students with advice and mentoring, which makes it easy for them to connect with me.

8.) Tell me about the suggestion you have made

My suggestion made is encouraging the creation of ideas of the students to assemble their own ideas
and thoughts is a good way to promote creativity within the classroom. I challenge my students to be
free-thinkers and Im always open to suggestions from them. Uniqueness and originality are rewarded.
My classroom is one where freedom of expression is encouraged and honored and where the student is
taught to analyze and think for themselves.

9.) Do you consider yourself a successful

Yes, I do consider myself successful. I think my willingness to take on new challenges and work hard sets
me up for success.

10.) Why you have been unemployed for such a long time?
I am improving myself in my specialization and looking for better opportunities where I can grow job-
wise and financial wise.

11.) What do co workers say about you?

I think if my coworkers were to describe me in three words: punctual- hard-working and trustworthy.
Punctual because in the almost 3 years I have been working at the school I have never once showed up
late and you can talk with my co-teachers to confirm that. Hard-working because I always teach my
students with all my knowledge and skills. Trustworthy because I'm making sure if the parents come
thier children in school I always making sure that thier children haves learn in my subject and if my
students or co-teachers open up a problem I always keep it private and help them as I can.

12.) How long would you expect to work for us if hired?


I want to work as long as the school and students want me to work.
13.) Do you think you are over qualified for the position?

I'm over qualified for the position that I'm applying because my experience will be an asset to the school
and will help me be successful in this position.I have experience and knowledge to bring to the
challenges of this job.

14.) Have you ever had to fire anyone? How Did you feel about that?

I've never fire someone, Part of any job is to have to fire when certain employees when things don’t
work out, or the school needs you to fire.

I'm not applying to any other job I'm fucosing in the job that I am fit.

I adjust my teaching management style to meet the needs of the students that I’m managing.

Yes, I always ensuring the team succeeds with all tasks, duties, and projects. Willingness to help a team
member in need. As a teacher, it’s my job to support my students through the lessons I give, but also
through the various challenges they may face at school, and to partner with them as well as other
support systems to help them feel motivated, comfortable, and happy in the classroom.

18.) What is your philosophy towards work?

My teaching philosophy is to maintain a friendly, supportive classroom so school is a joyful place for
everyone to learn.

I'm comfortable in any position but the position I prefer for now is team player because as I am fresher
so I want to do my best with my knowledge and skills.
20.) Have you ever been asked to leave a position?

I've never asked to leave my position because if they assign me in a position I'm always do my best all
my knowledge and skills, so I think thats the reason why they never asked me to leave my position.

21.) What irritates about co-worker ?

What irritates me about co-worker is co-worker who don't take teaching seriously and find excuses.Co-
workers who gossip about each other behind their backs or are clumsy at work.

22.) Why do you think you would do well At this job?

I will do well in this job because I have the skills and enough experienced a proven track record of
succeeding in this field. Those were key parts of my previous role and that’s why I’m confident I can do
well in this position.

23.) What is more important to you: the money or the work?

Both of them is important, but for work at job that you enjoy and you are passionate is more important
because in work you can enjoy and gain money and with money you cannot find work if you only using
your money instead your skill and knowledge.

24.) What has been your biggest professional disappointment?

My biggest disappointment when I have students who don’t take their education seriously especially
when they are capable I feel disappointed. I want students to apply themselves to their education and
recognize the opportunity they have that many, many people in the world do not.

I believe my supervisor would say that my strongest point is that I'm reliable, hard-working, efficient,
timely, and responsible.

26.) Tell me about the problem you had with supervisor ?

I have no any with my supervisor in fact my supervisor always seem to appreciate the job I'm doing.

Yes, I am open to working as much as I can. I’m willing to work as much as you need me during those
times.

28.) Tell me about your ability to work under pressure

I know that working under pressure helps me grow. I always learned how to work more efficiently
afterwards.I work well under pressure because I don't panic. My ability to work under pressure is to stay
calm, maintain self control and work as efficiently as possible.

I proposed to compensate for lack of experience is find a job that you are passionate and match your
skill and be confident

The most fun I had in a job is teaching and seeing my students grow by completing a task that I give.

My family is the one who motivates me to do my best in a job what ever I want to do thier always there

I will be successful in this job because,there are several skills that are needed to do this position. I have
acquired many of these skills from my last job experience.. I am very interested in it, and this job
matches my skills well.

If you hire me I am willing to put my own interests ahead of the organizations because it is a way to
show loyalty, my own interests is important , but the interests of the organizations are my interests.

The qualifies that I looking for a boss is boss that if I have an issue or idea and to be able to feel
comfortable in expressing my thoughts. I would also expect my boss to be open and honest with me and
to let me know if there is anything I could improve upon or do differently in my work.

37.) How do you see yourself 5 years from now?

I see my self teaching in your schoolof.I have wanted to be a teacher all my life, since I was a child. I have
never imagined doing anything else. In five years, I hope to have settled into the community and
become a staple in your teacher’s lounge. I also hope that in five years I will have found my "niche"
within this school system and community. I would really like to find where I can best be used outside of
the classroom as well, whether it be as a coach or head of a club. No matter where I am, I hope to be
doing what I love.

38.) What have you learned from the mistakes of the job?

The most important things I've learned from mistake of the job is persistence. Not to give up too soon,
because the solution is probably right in front of me. I have learned to give every person a second
chance, because first impressions can often be misleading.

Yes, And I actively look for areas of development.I immediately took action allowing me to quickly build
up my weakness.I indientify my blind spots and I always take action to see it.

40.) If you were hiring a position for this job what would you look for?
I'm looking for in my next job that I am passionate and a job that focused in teaching. I want to learn and
grow my skills from this , and a chance to learn more leadership skills over time.

41.) Tell me about a time when you helped resolve a dispute between others?

When one student complaining about the assignment that other teacher give to her. In this type of
situation, I would find out if the student needs extra help or further clarification on how to do the
assignment. I would encourage the student to complete the assignment, and if necessary, explain to the
student why the assignment is important to the unit being presented or the concept that they need to
master.

I would describe my work of ethics as responsible, respectable and reliable.

My expectations for this job would be to provide a work environment in which I can contribute to the
school, I receive appreciation for my students and co-teachers , I have job stability and the ability to

I will be successful in this job because of my past work experience I have several skills that are needed to

The last school that I reached was a great learning experience for me. I learned that I have some skills
that I should work on, and some that I'm good at. In my last position, I figured out that I need to develop
my skills to perform well in my job

I try to always work on handling criticism better. I think I’ve improved a lot in my last job, respond calmly
and respectful if someone criticist me

Yes, I am ready for greater responsibilities what ever that task or responsibilities that you give to me I

My activities and interests that I love outside work is cooking, gardening, traveling and sports such as
volleyball, hiking or other exercise.
