Reflection
Pick one aspect of the STAR model that you would like to improve on. Write down your
plan for accomplishing this improvement on the back of the blank STAR assessment
sheet. If you had an evaluation last semester, you can use that as a basis for your
reflection. If you are new this semester, do a self-assessment and focus on what area of
STAR that you would like to learn more about. Your supervisors will be using this during
your next STAR evaluation to see if you have met your goal.
