We need to be active. Activity is fundamental for our health. Our modern lifestyle with
all kinds of conveniences has made us prone to be sedentary, which is dangerous for our
body and mind. Sitting in front of the T.V. set, or the computer; riding in our car even to
go to the shop next door, using elevators instead of stairs or ramps, all this contribute to
our inactivity. A good advice for everybody would be to add up some little self-imposed
exercises which can be easily performed in our daily life. A scientist survey says that we
should include sixty minutes of physical activity in our daily routines to stay fit and
healthy. This physical activity needs not to be very hard and its goals can be achieved
without excessive efforts.
