9 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996; (iv) notice to be required to be given to the other party before
impleading a party under Order 1 Rule 10 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908; (v) promissory estoppel under Section 115
of Indian Evidence Act, 1872; (vi) provisions related to Employee’s Compensation Act,1923; (vii) provisions related

▪ Prepared an exhaustive note on Defence Procurement Procedure, 2016 with respect to blacklisting and debarment
vis-à-vis blacklisting and debarment procedure of other countries like U.S.A, Russia, Germany and Canada.
Comparative analysis on the Mines Act, 1952 and The Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957.
▪ Prepared an exhaustive note on Letter Rogatory under civil law and criminal law.

SLP on the same grounds if the earlier SLP was withdrawn by the party without seeking liberty of the Court; (iii)
dishonor of cheque under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881; (iv) criminal liability of the directors of
a company without making the company an accused in the criminal proceedings; (v) power of the party to refuse
to appoint a technical arbitrator under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in spite of a clause
to appoint a technical arbitrator is contained in the Arbitration Agreement.

▪ Drafted replies to the consumer complaints.
▪ Researched on penalty imposed on a person if he sells or stores any adulterated food item under Section 16 of The
Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954, restriction on the sale of export packages in India under Section 25 of
The Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011.
