House of Quality: House of Quality  refers to a well-known process for product development

that is inspired by customer desires for product or process development and anchored by the
capabilities and resources of the organization seeking to meet those desires. It is a process of
listening to customers, translating their desires into a written plan, prioritizing steps of execution
based on what is most important to the customer, and putting a realistic plan on paper.
Decision Making:
In data table ,we can see that our top three priority based on in relative importance in customer
requirement and customer survey on the bike using. Air cooling, Oil Cooling, upgraded exhaust
system and air filter which is 21.16%, Upgraded frame, spoke design and Color scheme for
different parts which is 13.11%. Upgraded Suspension system, ease in operating gear-change
system, Clutch system, headlight system, Seat-material, tires which is 16.22%

Our less three priority in relative importance in Natural life cycle impact, develop mobility
products and development to improve fuel efficiency which is 4.23%,Load resistance and use
stainless steel case which is 6.21% and Availability of the product, easy to maintain and repair
which is 7.05%.

Relative importance in Air cooling, Oil Cooling, upgraded exhaust system and air filter which is
21.16%.We see some customer survey, Our product bajaj have already 3 point out of 5.Since it
has the top piroty from cutomer perspective we should focus on it for our next development.
